    Everything we have in stock is listed on the website. If you want to see if we carry a dress style in a different color type the dress number into the search box at the top of the page. That style dress will come up in every color we carry. If you do not see it we do not have this color.

    Unfortunately, we are not the manufacturer of our line. We order our dresses from small companies all over America, but we do not carry swatches.

  3. Colors : Why is this dress brighter or duller than the picture on my computer?
    Although every image on our computer matches our dress color exactly it dosent mean your monitor is set exactly the same way ours is. Monitor resolution and colors can vary. If the exact shade is important in your purchase you may want to call us and discuss your needs.

    Yes, Please call us on a weekday between 9 am and 3 pm eastern time and a live person can take your order.

    Once you place an order you can log in to your account and watch the status as it changes from processing to shipped

  6. Ordering: How can I make sure my order will arrive by the time I need?
    Although we have nearly ever size and color in stock at all times, it does happen that if your order is large we may need to order a few pieces. At the time of your check out you can add any comments or concerns in a box about your order. You wont miss it. We put it on everypage of the checkout process.

  7. Ordering : Oh No! I forgot to leave my comments and I finished checking out. What do I do?
    Don't worry, once you have finished your order someone will call you to make sure we have all the information correct. We do not begin to process any orders until you have been contacted.

  8. Ordering : Can I ship a dress to a different address than the one on my credit card?
    Typically, we only send orders to the billing address on the credit card. If it is very important to receive an order at another address we can make arrangements for you but we must require hand written permission from the card holder by fax.

  9. Tracking : How do I track the status of my order?
    Before your order ships you can log into your account where you can see any messages we have left for you and the progress of your order. Once your order has shipped we will email you your tracking information and you can track your package directly from our website. You can also track your package from our site without the need to log in.

  10. Shipping : Once an item has shipped how long does it take to receive?
    You can expect your order in 2-6 business days from the time it is shipped.

  11. Sizing : Do your dresses run large or small?
    We order our dresses from dozens of places and every one may vary. We have posted size charts for each dress style. We measure these from the actual garment once they have arrived so the are acurate.

  12. Sizing : Do you have any of these dresses in larger sizes?
    In many cases yes and in some cases no. All the sizes you see listed are the sizes we can get. If you are looking for bigger sizes please visit our plus size link on the home page. This will give you every dress available over size 14.

  13. Sizing : How do I measure my child?
    At the chest you place the tape measure under the armpit and make sure the measurement is not too tight. You must be able to comfortable fit two fingers under the tapemeasure. At the waist you must measure thhe true waist. This is two inches above the belly button. The length is measured from the top of the shoulder to the hem of the dress.
