Our Terms of Service are very easy. By placing an order you agree that you have read and accept these terms.
Typically, in stock orders ship same or next business day. We keep anywhere from 7000 to 10000 flower girl dresses in stock at all times. Your product description will tell you the typical shipping time frame for each product. Shipping descriptions are typical shipping times and can be subject to manufacturer availability. This is a general guideline and under no circumstance a guarantee on delivery dates. If your product is available for same day shipping it will say so on the description page. If your order is time sensitive you must put it in the comments box at the time of purchase so that we know to contact you.
Stock charts are listed and you are able to see how many of each size in each style we have available. If you select more than the number of dresses available you must expect that we will order these dresses immediately and your order may take up to 30 business days to ship.
All in stock items are shipped via ground USPS. Orders placed on Fridays will not begin processing until the following Monday (or business day incase of a Monday holiday). Average ground shipping time is 7-14 business days. This is not a guarantee and the mail can run slowly occasionally. We do not guarantee delivery dates. You may not cancel any order before 30 business days.
When selecting a shipping method you are paying for the method by which an item is shipped not the number of days for an item to be delivered. Priority mail is the 2-3 day delivery method. We do not offer shipping refunds for items not arriving in 2-3 days. The shipping method selected does not affect processing time. Please use our inventory charts to make a judgement on your processing time. We do not offer refunds or returns on express orders. If you order the express method with a wear date that is close to processing time and delivery time you are assuming the risk that your order may not arrive on time.
Should you not receive your item due to a postal issue we will attempt to reship your order. (For example: Your tracking number shows an item is scanned at a sorting facility and then there is no further information for several days. This happens rarely, but has happened and you can be assured we will reship your items) We can not be responsible for the delivery time in cases of slow post, but contact us if your tracking number seems slow. We will help in finding information and getting your order completed to you.
All items must be shipped to the billing address on the credit card. Absolutely no exceptions! Separate shipping addresses may be used for repeat customers only with prior approval. If you are a return customer and wish to use a separate shipping address please also note it in the comments box. A 3 dollar charge is applied to all orders that require signature confirmation due to different delivery addresses.

WE ACCEPT ITEMS 3 DAYS FROM THE TIME OF DELIVERY FOR THE PURPOSE OF A ONE TIME EXCHANGE..
Return merchandise must meet the following guidelines:
We do not accept any items once the delivery date has passed 3 days. You must fill out an RMA and ship your item back within 3 days from the time you received your package. We accept back most girls dresses, except clearance or sale items or womens selections. Items must be shipped by USPS (Post Office) We do not accept any other couriers.
1. To request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) you must fill out the RMA by logging into your account within 3 days of receiving your order. Do not ship a package without receiving a return confirmation and approval email. These are 2 emails. We will not accept a package if we do not have an rma.
2. Returns are made at the customer expense.
3. Express orders are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
3. Merchandise must be in its original condition as shipped to the customer.
Merchandise must have the original tag attached. Removal of tags is deemed final sale.
Merchandise must be accompanied by the original packaging, including hangers, coverings and or any similar accessories.
All returned item(s) are thoroughly inspected for any signs of being worn, including smoke, food odor, and pet hair. If inspection fails or an item is returned past our 3 day policy, it will be sent back to the customer at customer expense and the transaction will be deemed final sale .
Headpieces, tiaras, and undergarments, womens or clearance dresses may not be returned or exchanged
4. Please make sure your rma and last name are clearly visible on the outside of the box. If we can not see your last name we will not accept the return
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. We do not accept back damaged or stained goods for any reason. If you feel your item was received damaged or stained contact us through email within 24 hours from the time you receive your package. We will replace your order free of charge. If you do not contact us immediately we will not accept your return
5. Items may not be refused once they are ordered. Refused orders will forfeit the buyer credit and will be reshipped to the buyer at an additional charge to the buyer. The customer agrees that they will not refuse any deliveries after purchase is made.
6. Orders can not be cancelled once they are ordered. You must receive the order and proceed with a return.
7. If you would like to make an exchange You must follow the return policy and place a new order for the item to wish to receive.The way we handle returns allows us to guarantee the lowest possible prices available to you online. Please keep in mind that we provide our customers with the promise that their items are new directly from the manufacturer. As a buyer we do not want to order dresses for a special occasion that have been used and possibly washed several times before we receive it. By keeping our return policy fast and fresh we guarantee your items arrive to you in the best quality.

Charge backs: We take credit card fraud very seriously. If you do not have authorization to USA a credit card do not purchase from our store. We will prosecute with both federal and local authorities. Any charge backs filed due to failure to read our policy or a break in the service agreement will be disputed with the credit card company and reported to the credit reporting agency. Additionally, all charge backs filed falsely as decided after the credit card company investigation will be administered an additional $30 fee. All fees and losses to flowergirloutlet will be forwarded to collections. FlowerGirlOutlet reserves the right to deem all or any sales final.
Stock Photos: Nearly all garments are shown as stock photos. All items may vary slightly in dye lots, embellishments, ribbons, or other styles as per the manufacturer. We are not responsible for these variations and customer acknowledges that stock photos may not be exact.
